The 5 Question Reframe

Use these powerful questions to challenge limiting beliefs and open yourself to new perspectives. Reflect on them during moments of doubt, journal your answers, or use them as part of your daily mindset practice.

How It Works

✔️ Helps you question limiting beliefs

✔️ Encourages growth-focused perspectives

✔️ Creates openings for gratitude and possibility

✔️ Strengthens problem-solving and resilience

Practice the 5-by-5 Rule

1. Is It True?

The story we are telling ourselves isn’t usually true.

Ask yourself: “Is the story I’m telling myself actually true?”

If the answer is No, let it go.

If Yes, move to the next question.

2. If It’s True, Is This Serving Me?

Holding onto negative beliefs rarely serves us.

Ask yourself: “Does believing this help me grow, heal, or achieve my goals?”

If it’s not serving you, consider releasing it.

3. What Are All the Other Things That Could Be True?

Step into a space of possibility by exploring alternative perspectives.

Ask yourself: “What other perspectives or truths might exist if I open my mind?”

Example: Instead of thinking “I’m not good enough,” consider:

“I’m learning and growing every day.”

“I’m on the brink of a breakthrough.”

4. How Does This Support My Progress?

Every experience is part of your growth.

Ask yourself: “How does this challenge or belief help me take a step forward?”

View obstacles as opportunities to strengthen new skills and strategies.

5. How Is This a Gift?

Challenges often contain hidden lessons.

Ask yourself: “What lessons or opportunities does this situation offer me?”

Gratitude can shift your perspective and help uncover solutions.
